* Celebrate Recovery is a recovery fellowship created by Rick Warren’s Saddleback Church in California over 30 years ago.  It has proven helpful for people working to rebuild their lives after suffering from different unhealthy habits, hurts, and hang-ups. Celebrate Recovery is not only for individuals in recovery, but also their families, and anyone struggling with past traumas and losses.

* * This group will be led by a licensed female counselor specializing in trauma and recovery.

The organizer of "From Now On…

Ministries" is Peter R. McGuire,

a Methodist elder and Licensed

Substance Abuse Counselor.

The creation of a faith-based

recovery community has been

a passion of his for several years,

and with the generous support of his congregations, Ebenezer (which meets every Sunday at 9 am on Ebenezer Church Road) and Maple Springs (which meets every Sunday at 1030am), the ministry vision is finally becoming a reality.  We hope to provide persons in recovery and their families a positive and encouraging place to gather in which they can learn from one another, experience God’s love, and grow to become the persons they are meant to be.

FNO Leadership:

From Now On Ministries' leadership also includes Randy Johnson, a licensed mental health counselor and ordained Baptist minister; Alan Parsons, an ordained Baptist minister and gifted leader who is completing his studies in the medical field this Spring.  Our leadership team includes a variety of races, professionals, and persons in recovery helping us create a supportive community for individuals and families to grow, heal, and rebuild their lives.  We believe in the God of "From Now On," that our broken pasts do not have to write our future.

Revelation 21:5 (NLT) - And the One sitting on the throne said, “Look, I am making everything new!”
